I chased my dreams, and my dreams, they caught me!
But I really think that leaving it to trigger foods without specificity is a better plan..... for some people it's bread, some it's chocolate, some it's bacon..... if you leave it to trigger foods, then it covers everything. Yeah, simple carbs should be avoided, but I think that absolutism in this area CAN be as damaging as a lot of other things.
Just my perspective.

I know that sounds like a good thing to do. But some docs have guidelines that make no sense, like those that say never to use protein shakes even if you cannot get enough protein from food, or only to eat three times a day even if that makes it hard or impossible to get enough calories and causes low blood sugar and makes you feel hungry and ill.
