vitamin question

i'm wondering if this is any good for calicum

im confused since i know we need citrate but it says

I don't know anything about those VERY specific forms of the carbonate and citrate, but generally when something has a combination of calcium carbonate and calcium citrate, there is only a little of the citrate because it is more expensive.

No good.  You won't absorb the carbonate or tricalcium phosphate.  Look for one that is ALL calcium citrate.

 I was at GNC and they guy tried pushing that vitamin on me saying i was wrong about not absorbing it. That he had a lot of WLS people come in there and thats all they buy. I said NO thank you I will double check with my doc... Im glad I had seen previous posts about that or I would have bought them
