What to you do for the "wired" feelings off and on through the night? Did you notice your anxiety level was higher after surgery?

Have you had your thyroid levels checked recently? I would get that wired up feeling at night and in the mornings when I had a hyperactive thyroid. Just a thought.

I've had to resort to taking medicine for it.  Klonopin ODT helps relax and calm me down enough that I can sleep.  Have you tried journaling right before bed?

For the first couple weeks after surgery, it seemed as though I was "wired" through the night, tons of energy.  It was freaky for me because I usually slept like a baby.   I returned to normal sleep patterns pretty quickly though.  I wish the best for you.
