Everyone's stage 3 is different. Is yours pureed foods? If so, I did a lot of refried beans, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and ricotta cheese with marinara sauce. I imagine if that's the stage you're on then sugar free pudding would be okay.
One of my favorites was Campbell's Bean and Ham soup. Puree the heck out of it, warm and eat. Sounds kinda gross from where I'm sitting now, but have to tell you it was delicious at the time.
