Sick with question

Up all night with a cough.  I know I need a cough syrup. I live in a little town and am not sure I can find a surgar free over the counter cough syrup or a sugar free cough syrup without narcotics so that I can work.

How important is the sugar free portion.

I don't know if I dump yet or not.

Robitussin makes a sugar free cough medicine but if you can't find that then try using sugar free cough drops.

You could always try the regular - you'll find out if it makes you dump quickly enough.

I got a terrible cold one weekpost op and took regular cough medicine in desperation in the middle of the night and was ok.....I'm praying you feel better real soon!

If you can't find it - call the pharmacy - they can order it for you - every pharmacy I've ever had do this has had it in for me in less than 24 hours. They're pretty quick. The pharmacy I used to work at could order early in the morning and have it by noon - but definitely call!

If nothing else, at least you'll have it on hand for next time!
