HELP! am on holiday and in pain... suggestions?

Hi guys

so I amon holiday in spain. I have a problem since today. The whole day i have been having belly pain, especially when i eat or drink aomething, anything! I am not rolling on the floor or something, but VERY uncomfortable stabbing sensation that l;asts for moren than an hour afdter every drink or meal. Have not eaten anything strange.

As far as I know this cvould mean ulcer (but am still on Nexium) and or gallbladder pain, does anyone recognize this?

SURE I know you are not doctors and if pain persists I will see a docter over here. But since it is not REALLY severe I rather do not go to a doctor in a forwign country on bank holidays.

The pain is level 5-6 on 10 scla and center around and just a bove my belly button, deep inside

Could also possibly be a gallbladder problem. Since it's the weekend, I'm guessing no one will be at the doc's office. I dunno about you but I'm one of those that goes to see the ER if needed. Better safe than sorry!! Good luck, I wish you well.
