Whew - out of surgery
You may remember my pos from yesterday asking for extra prayers for my 82 year old grandfather. I would like to personally hug each and every one of you that asked God to watch over him. I don't have all the details, all I know if this, in an email from my dad:
"....is out of surgery. Surgery went well. He should come home tomorrow".
Amen, God is all-powerful. You all had a part in him surviving this experience. Of course we still need to watch him very closely, but it seems like the risk of the anuerism breaking loose is now lower.
This wonderful news, along with the fact I should be getting my surgery date today fills me with so much joy. If you have a spare moment, and any extra prayers are left, would you mind saying one that he recovers well and my family is at peace and healthy? Thank you everyone. Thank you more than you can know.
