I'm also on the ring and I love it. The patch isn't 100% trustworthy in ppl over 200 lbs so that was out. I was afraid of the malabsorbtion of the pill and my sister has gotten pregnant TWICE with an IUD (once was the old school copper one and once the Mirena).
