and yet another vitamin question
I take Bariatric Advantage vitamins. I have been taking (for about a month) the multivitamin morning and night along with calcium+D. Then I take iron at lunch.
I did not take these vitamins until about a month ago because all vitamins made me feel like I was going to puke and I stayed sick all day!
So, anyway, I had been taking them regularly for about a month and had been stalled for a few weeks. DIdn't think too much about it.
Last week I was out of school for spring break and got off of my vitamin schedule. I didn't take hardly any all week long! Wham! Stall breaks and the weight dropped off like crazy last week, despite the fact that I wasn't eating as well due to being out of a routine.
Is that coincidental? Vitamins certainly can't cause you to keep weight on, right?

Coincidence. Vitamins will not prevent weight loss - unless you're taking so many chewables you're eating several hundred calories worth of them.
