Personal Victories

I am now down 86 pounds since having my surgery back in December and would not trade my decision to have this procedure for the world. Benefits have included: less medication due to no longer having high blood pressure or depression, no more sleep apnea, less joint pain, down 4 sizes in clothes, down 6" in my waist measurements, can now fit into common width chairs, can bend over to tie my shoes, can climb sets of steps and still be able to breathe normally, lower BMI, ability to do some fun exercises, much more energy, etc... I am so very grateful as I think back on my journey and know that there is much more to come as I get my life back day by day!
