More and more I can't tolerate...
I've been lactose intolerant my whole life so I don't do regular milk anyway. Surprisingly, once I started pureed foods my diarreah went away - to be replaced with constipation! I thought it was the protein making me have episodes BUT whey protein isolate contains no lactose. I have no problems with greek yogurt or cheeses.
I would add some gas-x to the mix. Usually diarreah is the marker for lactose intolerance, so if it's severe nausea, vomiting/heaves and pain, it's better to be safe than sorry so call your doctor!
