Had sashimi for lunch. Can't believe how much I missed raw fish lol

Today is exactly one week since my surgery, and I would KILL for some sashimi!!  LOL!  Glad you enjoyed it!!

oh my god i have been craving sushi like a crazy person. unfortunately i'm pretty sure i have a stricture, and at a month out i'm eating less than i did at one week. i'll get there soon, i'm sure. Yummmm.

If Sashimi is something you like/love, then this is one of the BEST foods to eat when you are allowed your solid proteins (usually around 4-6 weeks out)...I usually eat sashimi every day for lunch (unagi, raw salmon, tuna and nori...Yum!)

Very healthy for you, ultra high protein for a little amount and....Pouches LOVE it (as it is a very SOFT and easy to digest protein...) When you are allowed, a few slices of avocado along with it add a great mouth feel and offer you some awesome and healthy "fats" (that are needed for weight loss!)
