For the last few days, I've had constant diarhea whenever I consume anything with milk in it. It doesn't hurt, it just comes out really fast. Is this dangerous? Or is this normal? It really doesn't hurt, so I don't think it's lactose intolerance. Any ideas would be appreciated!!

I do think it could be lactose intolerance. Try making your shakes with water or almond or soy milk and see if it makes a difference.

I can't do milk in my shakes, same issue. Well, unless I want to deal with constipation in a twisted way.

Definately sounds like lactose intolerance to me.

You need to drop the milk

I switched to Almond Breeze almond milk.... WAY yummy.

Yeah, it's lactose intolerance. Get soy milk or lactose free, fat free milk. You'll be ok, try not to worry too much. Good luck with your weight loss.

Thanks everyone. I think all of you are right. I made my tomatoe soup with water instead of milk, and no diarrhea! I'm just hoping later on I'll be able to eat cheese and cottage cheese.

I've been lactose intolerant since surgery, but have never had issues with cheese, yoghurt, or whey protein shakes.
