Lost 51 pounds in 10 months - am i doing something wrong?

At my 6 month checkup, my surgeon said to me..it's time to step it up and get to the gym more.  Do not do the same cardio day in and day out...change it up.  And add in strength training.

And my nutritionist said....get back to basics, measure your food, watch those carbs and concentrate on your lean protein.

They give us the rule of thumb, your serving size should be no bigger than the palm of your hand and that should be mostly protein.

I agree with the others. Track everything that goes in your mouth. Watch your carbs. Exercise more. If your ticker is correct and you still need to lose 70 pounds, you need to get to steppin' if you want to get there.

I'm in the same boat.  I haven't lost anything in six months, since my one year check-up.  I lost 150lbs the first year and I haven't lost anything since January.  I've stayed the same weight, but I thought i would lose another 20lbs, it hasn't happened.
