Daily Mini Goal - Check in
So I figured if I start to post this I will be more accountable to myself!! I am so close to my goal but I am also struggling with the year 2 demon of old habbits creeping in so here's to a new day and a new start!
Monday mini goal is to do Cardio for 1/2 hour and core strength training, up my water to 80 oz and get all my calcium in!!!

because i severely deficient in the protein department... I'm committing this week to (YUCK) protein shakes one a day... but my one shake is 60+ grams of protein, that i drink through the day. Ok'ed by my nut. I make 8 ounces of fat free milk, 2 scoops of protein powder, and drink 2 or 3 ounces every couple hours until it's gone. I can't stand the taste!
