Not hungry

I am 3 month post op and suddenly have no appetite.  Is this norma?.  It takes me most of the morning to finish my protien shake (I love mine) and force lunch and dinner.  Not getting enough protien I'm sure.  Any suggestions?

I'm also about  months post op and have no interest in eating either. I don't have any advice but I wanted to tell you you aren't alone...I'll be watching the thread!

Ugh... I feel you.  It's been over a year (I'm about 14 months out) and I still find that I will forget to eat until it's time to make dinner. 

I know that in the beginning, just getting in liquids was enough to make me want to turn away from food all the time. 

You can only do what you can do.  Liquids first, then protein and vitamins, then whatever else you can manage.  (Fat lot of help I am, right?)
