What kind of advice are you looking for? You do realize you could get advice from all sorts of subjects regarding weight loss LOL

advice for anything and everything. I have read so many conflicting things about how soon weight comes off, and water intake, diet, exercise, PAIN, protein, hair loss, etc. just have my head spinning and have attended all my classes to prepare and sure I will be fine and my journey will not be the same as anyone else's but.........just anxious and wondering

Congratulations! Having my surgery was the 2nd best thing I did for myself! The first was buying myself a house. The surgery has changed my life. I feel sooo much better. I hope you will too!
