Protein Water Post Op

 Please double check the expiration date on the protein waters.  I work with someone who brought me in 12 bottles of the protein water from Big Lots.  Unfortunately, all 12 were expired.  I didn't have the heart to tell my co-worker, I just trashed them.  It was the thought that counted!

I bought Muscle Milk protein water in grapefruit.  I LOVE IT.  I bought them at GNC.  They are kinda expensive for 10 g of protein but I bought them at 1/2 price ($1.25 per bottle).

10 g. of protein for 60 calories is pretty good stats.  Especially since 5 of the 6 carb grams is fiber. 

expires sept 2012 so they are good, big lots has them .75 right now if anyone is interested in the muscle milk h20 protein
