 lets talk poop!  haha!  I'm having a hard time going as well.  I know its party because I'm not getting enough****er! grrr why is that so hard?    I had to use some MoM last week and it helped but I don't want to do that all the time.  I'm trying to amp up the liquid and maybe add a probiotic and see what happens.

Ditto the coffee.  Caffeine seems to do the trick for me.

Thank you all again for your posts!!!  I have had issues with constipation all of my life, it is just 2x worse now.  I did stop drinking caffiene and really don't want to go back to drinking it (when I used to smoke a couple of years ago, a cigerette and a cup of coffee would do the trick in the morning for some reason), just because I know I don't get my fluids in as it is, so adding a diuretic (spelling) wouldn't help.

I will probably start out with one of the pills mentioned that will force me to go, and then try just taking fiber regularly, however again I know I am not getting 64oz of water every day so the fiber might cause more issues, we will see.


I am hoping never to post again about pooping!  LOL  Thanks for the help.

It is the High protein curse.

I found that when I was at the 65G protein goal and added some veggies back into my diet that the party started moving.

Now that I am on an Ultra High protein diet the veggies don't help like they used to but some Fiber One eats a couple times a day do.
