how long does it take to flush out all of this extra fluid from the surgery? I look 6 months pregnant!!! Had surgery Monday and returning to work on this coming Monday and I know my pants are not going to button. . .

Each patient is different, but I guess it's somewhat normal for fluid retention to be back to normal in 1-2 weeks. DAVE

Only took 2 days for mine to flush out.  I wasn't getting enough fluid after the surgery so that's probably why.  I was nauseous.

I gained ten pounds from mine, and it took about two weeks for all the fluid and swelling to go away.
