Checking back in after a long absence

Hi, I decided to try and participate in the forums again. I've been gone for a long time.
I had surgery almost 6 years ago. I got pregnant a little bit before my 2 year surgiversary. I now have a 3 and a 1 year old and am trying to get back on track with getting to goal weight.

I had no trouble gaining weight during my pregnancies but aside from that, I've never gained weight since I had surgery. I'm still about 10 lbs higher than I was when I first got pregnant. I haven't followed an exercise routine for almost 4 years, so I'm thinking about joining a gym.

My pouch is working well for me. I eat small meals. As a busy mom, my biggest enemy is small and frequent snacks. Mostly, I think I just need to exercise regularly and things will go well. My eating habits are pretty decent.

One last thing to anyone who is still reading all this - after the birth of my second child I seem to dump really really easily. I don't know why this suddenly changed but I try to avoid sugar because it makes me feel really icky. I can't have cereal either.
