amounts of food

I was wondering if I eat 3 oz of chicken is that all i am supposed to eat at a meal or am i to have that plus something else? I dont feel hungry most of the time and dont get the full feeling very often either.. I dont want to mess up in any way. I am a little over 2 months out.

What does your doc's food plan say? At two months out, I was supposed to eat about half a cup of food at a time. So if the chicken didn't add up to half a cup, then I could have added some veggies.
