Wonder if you know there is also an Ontario forum on ObesityHelp?  I didn't know and someone directed me but if I am telling you something you know already, apologies.  If you go to the top (lighter blue bar) where it says "home" "weight loss surgery"  "community" etc and hold your cursor over forum, you will see a drop down menu.  Under "go local" will be the ontario forum.  It is also very active and you might connect with someone local as well as learn stuff unique to our area.
