Anyone else sensing a pattern?

Hey guys, I've noticed that I lose weight in a pattern, I lose sizes but no lbs then I lose lbs and stay the same size.  I've stopped weighing myself....just actually don't have the time, but I'm following the rules and have been staying the same  size for two weeks but now am losing in size again. No complaints though, just wondering if this is a common theme?

Cheers to all us with a Baby Stomach (that's what my friend calls it )

I did it too -- called them "shinks" instead of "stalls".

Me too!  When I eat more (5-6 times a day), it seems like i lose lbs.  If i just eat when I am hungry, I don't lose.  I do know by now that fluids do help the weight loss.  It all seems so backwards from the way we were led to think when we were "dieting."  I too, do NOT live by the scale ... I weigh once a week.  This journey is going to be how it is going to be.  The weight will come off ... in it's time! Frankly for me, the slower the better.

Have the best day yet!
