Does anyone know of a free online nutrition tracker
I have to agree with Hillary. I have used myfitnesspal.com for the last four months. I think it makes you accountable and it is easy to use if you have smart phone. Most phones you can download the app on it and use it whenever you eat. You also can use it on the computer and if you have it on both your phone and computer, it will sync. You also can put your water, exercise, etc. With this program, you also can put in a recipe and it will give you the information per serving. What else can I say but I LOVE IT......
I like Sparkpeople. They have an app for my phone and its a site I can get to from work and track. I cant have my phone at work. I like that you can customize what you track, you can add vitamins and minerals as well. They have message boards and I like their walk/jog tracker. You can trace your route and it calculates the mileage...and enters it in your fitness tracker.

I've been using myfitnesspal too for over a year, and love it. It's free, has a great database, and it syncs between your ipad/iphone/online, so you can enter stuff in from anywhere. I also like that it has notes sections for food and exercise -- I had been searching for a tracker where I could add notes and many of the others don't have that feature (or didn't when I was looking).
