I just got through reading this months newsletter and saw my name and picture at the bottom showing my name was randomly chosen as one of the 3 winners this month!
I am so excited, for one I never win anything, but most importantly I just posted the other day about not being satisfied with my "normal bmi" etc.. It looks like this book I won is coming in perfect time!

Yes here is a link, you can also sign up to get them emailed to you. Just go into MY OH then settings then general then contact preferences, toward the bottom gives you the option to get newsletter via email.
