Congratulations you made it though! I had my surgery Mnnday NOv 14 and I've been home since Wednesday. Everything went well Started my puree diet Tuesday and so far so good! I have been struggling just a bit with the gas pains and I do a whole lot of walking but this gas is still kicking my ass. I purchased some Gas X today I hope it works out for me!

Thanks to everyone *****plied! I stopped taking the pain meds, and haven't been in much pain. I got on the scales this morning, and I've lost 5 lbs in 4 days. I also have stopped taking 2 of my diabetic meds because my blood sugar has been normal the past 2 days.

My tummy hurts when I drink anything, but it only hurts for a brief second. I haven't had any problem keeping fluids down, and no problem drinking protein shakes. I tried some broth, but that didn't sit well. I had some applesauce, and my pouch loved it. Gonna try some cream soup today.
