My first milestone

I was 345 lbs when i started this process in September. My scale now reads 299.8 lbs and i was tickled to reach the 300 pound mark. I am 1/3 the way to my goal with a new tool to help me get there. It feels really nice, I am proud of myself.

Congrats on ur first milestone!!!!I'm working on that same goal right now.

Today was wonderful as I had no pain to speak of. I walked 4 times, learned my pouch holds just under 3 ounces before I am full. i got to eat cream of wheat {thinned}, cottage cheese and had 1/2 cup of decaf coffee. a great day.
