Protein Peanut Butter Balls - For the Holidays!
This recipe sounded good...and I suspect one could use PB2 instead of peanut butter. I am also going to use a honey substitue in it. My plan say to go easy on dried fruit as well.
Add 4 cups of any of the additional ingredients. My favorite combo for taste and health factor is oatmeal, cranberries, flax seed, and peanuts.
To make the perfect balls, play around with the honey (if it's too dry) and oatmeal, bran, etc (too moist****il the balls hold their shape and aren't too gooey.
Now, roll the balls to about 1cm and then refrigerate (or freeze) ... enjoy!

- 1 cup protein powder

- Peanuts

- Raisins
- Dried cranberries
- Oat bran
- Wheat germ
