I was looking at the website and noticed that it contains calcium casinate as its protein source.    How does that compare with whey protein?

It is fine for us RNYers. We can use whey, egg, soy or casinate. Collagen is BAD!

That is where  I am confused.  I was told only to use Whey Isolate.

both are made from milk.  The calcium casinate will work fine.

Thanks, I struggle with protein.  I didn't want to waste my drinks on something I don't absorb as well.

I also mix mine with one scoop whey (any flavor/cheap stuff) and one scoop Click. It makes it last longer and it makes it cheaper.
