weight tracker

I am feeling really old and stupid...for the life of me, i cant seem to place the cute little weight tracker I have seen a lot of you use, onto my posts, etc.  I keep getting an error message telling me it is too tall???  Duh, I am using the sight tracker...sigh!!! Anyone have a step by step procedure??  Thanks

I did a "right click, copy and paste."  I did not copy the html code that the ticker website said to use.  After copying it I went to my OH message area and pasted into my signature.
