Kudos to all on here!!!

So I just had my required nutrition class this evening. I can honestly say that the info she presented was not as helpful or as thorough as the info y'all share on this site. Everyone here is so helpful and willing to share the good, the bad, and the ugly. So I am saying thank you and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep posting.
