Getting back on track...

At my last support group meeting, someone brought up eating pork rinds when they crave something with a crunch, I tried them and they aren't bad and they are protein.  I don't eat them all of the time but when I would be tempted to eat a chip, a few of them satisfies me.

I don't really have much to add. I've been pretty "out of it" for the past month, with wild mood swings between "I gotta snack" and "nothing sits well in my pouch".

But I'm back in the forum, giving and getting support. Or so I hope. I gained 5 pounds in the past 10 days and that has got to stop, and opening my eyes is the first step to fixing that!
