1 month post-op! 25 pounds down! yay!!!

Today is my 1 month post op and I've lost 25 pounds.  I feel so good!!  Very thankful for the outcome and journey that I am walking everyday.  I've made so many positive changes in my life and keep learning as we go along. 

Thank you guys so much for all the support, education and well wishes along the way.  I can't imagine going through this alone, without you guys!  Hugs and blessings to all of my OH Friends!
