Ulcers!

Over 3 months post surgery and have been having problems with solid-like food causing nausea and vomitting.  Had an endoscopy yesterday and the Physician found an ulser.  Prescribed the medications  Carafate and Prilosec but didn't give me any further info on what I shout try NOT to eat.  Has anyone been through this and have any advice on which foods to avoid?

I have found that acidic foods like tomato and citrus often irritate my pouch.  And of course, no caffeine etc.
