Since I have lost my weight after surgery when I sleep at night I am uncomfortable I can feel my ribs which grosses me out and feels funny anyone else like this.

Not silly at all! Years ago, when I lost 100 lbs in a year through an unhealthy diet, I was weirded out by the fact that I could feel my hip bones through my skin. It really bothered me, but now I know what to expect after surgery. I suppose we get used to it after a while and even celebrate that we can actually feel such things!

Think of it this way would you rather feel them or back to the way it was before when you had no idea they were even in there? Maybe stick a pillow under your chest when you are laying down.

Not silly.... And I can relate. However, it's not my ribs - its my knees. I sleep on my side and now have to tuck a pillow or blanket between my legs cuz my knee bones rub together and it drives me crazy!
