1 week post op...update

Hey everyone. Wow...this first week went by super fast..Im doing extremely well..Im getting most of my fluids in and my protein. Havent needed the painkillers barely at all since I got home. To be honest I really feel like they didnt do anything but give me 7 "stab wounds" and send me home. After my first day home and learning to sip and now being able to get in "applesauce consistency" foods I really feel back to normal. I even can sleep in my bed with no discomfort....

Yea! Thats awesome! I have pretty much had the same experience... no vomiting, no dumping, no difficulty getting proteins or fluids in... yea... so far so good!

Congratulations!!!!!!!!! I'm just a little over a week out myself, but have had a terrible time getting my fluids and protein in. Still extremely happy and excited to have it done. Continued success!
