What are you doing for exercise today?
Just thought, to go along with the "What are you eating/doing today" post...why don't we post what we're doing to move our bods?
I ran this morning because I had a sucky running day yesterday and I wanted a do-over. I quit at a mile yesterday for a variety of reasons (running when you have to go to the bathroom, doesn't work so well!) I used MapMyRun for the first time, here's what I did:

Hopefully that link works. This is really slow considering I can run a 12 minute mile on the treadmill but I'm transitioning outside now. I've only been running for 8 weeks so all in all I think I'm doing ok, especially considering I still have a lot to lose.

I am just 5 days out, so still taking it easy but will go on a half a mile walk with one of my dogs. Looking forward to getting out and moving.

Good idea... I know it helps me when I'm accountable to something.
I am going to hit the treadmill for some light cardio today (probably 1/2 and hour, 2 miles or so) and then go through my kettlebell routine. Need to incorporate the kettlebells more to strengthen core and such, summer's coming!
