Help!! This cold is kicking my #$%

Hello,
  I am 17 months out. I have a horrible cold. Please tell me what I can take that will also help me sleep. I been taking Tylenol Cold and my cold is getting worst instead of better.

I have a bad cold right now also. I take afrin nasal spray at night so I can breath easily and sudafed during the daytime, not sudafed pe (it doesn't work). If your nose is running like a faucet I take benadryl. Hope this helps.
