I am post op 8wks. I am starting to stall or I will fluctuate between 3 numbers.  If that is my pattern now, will I continue this pattern throughout my weightloss journey.  I take my vitamins, I eat  every 3 hrs, I have increased my water intake and I exercise everyday.

Stalls are a normal part of the process. They are inevitable....don't let them discourage you.

It's normal. Don't fret! You'll loose 5 pounds and gain 2 and loose some more and gain some. But don't worry, you'll loose more than you'll gain, and the gain is usually water weight. Stalls are common.

In my journey it has been common to stall and go up/down 3lbs for a wk or two and then all of a sudden drop like 5lbs. I also noticed that while I am stalling with weightloss, my body is adjusting and reshaping, almost as if my body shrinks when my weightloss is in "stall mode".
