I had my surgery on April 3, 2012 and this week I have been able to eat anything.  I have lost 20 pounds since surgery and today nothing.  I do not desire sweets but food.  What should I do?

You should follow your surgeon's meal plan.  Have you been doing that?  Eating the recommended foods in the recommended amounts?

yes, I track, weigh and measure everything, eat every 3-4 hours.  I do get full after about 1 cup of food.  I don't do the mini meals, just too busy for that.  I eat the 3 main meals and one snack.  Exercise 5-6 days a week for 45-90 minutes.
