Been gone awhile

Hello everyone, I have been away for a few weeks. A lot has happened. First off I am still doing great, six weeks post op now and have very few problems eating anything. I do still have problems eating too fast but hopefully I will get that old habit under control. I am down to 235 lbs. now, I was 270 so I am very happy about that. I am also wearing 40's and 42's instead of 48's. My father past away and that has been tough, but we expected it and I was able to see a bunch of family members I have not seen in years. Hope everyone is doing great and following thier programs.
