I had surgery on Monday and I'm still in pain on my left side. I know this is normal but when did it start tomgonaway? I also can not slept at night but for about 2 hrs at a time then I'm up....far food I'm fine still having a difficult time getting all my fluids in but I get all my protein in.

For me, the pain from my surgery lasted about 2 days, but I was uncomfortable for about 10 days. I still have strange pains that come up (extreme back pain today) but I had major surgery so I don't expect to feel wonderful even though many do.
