Ugh! Bad reaction. :(

 I must've eaten something too fast when I ate lunch today (what I ate is something I can usually eat OK), and man my stomach made sure I knew it. Talk about ouch! I didn't puke, and water is getting down OK, but it still is sore on the right side, right under my breast.

Should I just skip dinner tonight and drink a protein shake in its place? Should I be worried it's still a little sore (it's been about two and a half hours)? I don't have my gallbladder anymore.

 I would definitely not do any solid food on top of that. Protein shake is probably your best bet! Hope you feel better soon!

Sometimes I can eat something that I've eaten a hundred times before and it feels like it's stuck. If that happens I chew a few papaya enzymes and usually feel better soon. After that I baby my pouch for the rest of the day.

 Thank you for your replies! I ended up having a 'yummy' meal of milk with protein powder in it for dinner tonight. At least I didn't have to cook.  I still feel a little gross (still a little painful and feeling a little nauseous), so hopefully babying it for a little while will get things back in order. I would worry more but I recently had an endoscopy that showed my pouch is in good condition. Well, until I made this stupid mistake....chewing a billion times next time!
