What do you do with PB2?

I bought PB2 for a protein bar recipe. Besides the recipe, I don't know what to do with it. How do you use it?

The only way I have tried it and actually liked it was with some Splenda in a chocolate protein shake or added to the Oh Yeah brand chocolate RTD shakes.  I am going to use some in KittenLove's protein chocolate PB cup recipe later today, though, and I have high hopes for that!

I substituted a tablespoon of PB2 for 1/4 of the regular PB, and the peanut taste was a bit strong for my taste, but they are still yummy,

I sometimes just mix it up to the consistency of regular PB and have it as a snack, the longer it sits say 15 mins the better it is or I will add a bit more water and add chopped apples

 Good to know about letting it "rest". I've tried it a few times as peanut butter,  it the consistency was hard to take. I'm going to try that!

I mix it up and stuff celery with it for a snack when I am craving PB.

 I add some to my plain yogurt.  Also saw on Pinterest where someone added a tbl to a small container of Greek yogurt and used it as an apple dip.

I love just putting it in my chocolate protein shake and having a chocolate/peanut butter shake it is yummy!
