How do you treat your low blood sugar

 Things that help me..
cheese and crackers
greek yogurt with fruit
peanut butter on a banana
a protein bar
toast with peanut butter
milk

If I catch it early enough, a protein bar works ok.  Otherwise, it's glucose, which sets me off for the rest of the day .

I also found that I need some carbs before I exercise, or I have hypoglycemia, so there is a balancing act.

4-6 oz of milk followed by some peanut butter crackers if it's the "wake me up at 2am dripping with a cold clammy sweat" type of hypoglycemia.

Just food in general if it's that "tingly kinda feeling like my blood sugar is dropping" type.
