Painful hiccups 3 days out...

 I woke up at 1:30 this morning with painful hiccups that left my stomach aching. They didnt stop until around 2:30 and now I have them AGAIN and it's been about an hour... Is anyone else have reoccurring and painful hiccups???

I am pre-op so NOPE...but I can tell you what I do to get rid of them... Hold your breath and swallow 3 times...(You need to be right out of breath on the 3rd swallow so if you aren't add an extra swallow or two).... works for me and my family every time.

Thanks!  I'll try that next time! I walked and they finally went away! 

I had them, but they eventually went away.  I'm almost 2 weeks out.

If it keeps happening I would let my doctor know. My doctor told me that long bouts of reoccuring hiccups is not good for us. Not to scare you... just something to keep in mind. Hopefully they're gone for a while now.
