leg problems 10 months after surgery??

im about 10 months out and ive been having leg problems. cramps, numbness, tingling and just weird feeling. sometimes i feel like i cant even move them. im gonna set an appointment to see my dr. but just wondering if anyone else has this and if theres anything i can do until i get in to see my dr.

i take a b12 shot once a week so i think thats fine. im not sure about them i need to get into see my dr and have blood work done. i had blood work done about 2 months ago but they never told me how it came out..

I have the same problem. I was told I do not absorb vit B (runs in the family), so I need to take the shot along with supplements. It helps me remember to take my vits everyday, or I will be in pain.
