How much should I eat

I am wondering how much everybody is eating, volume wise. What I am able to eat seems to change. Some meals 1/4 cup and others, a full cup. I am about 10 weeks out.

I'm a week behind you and right now it depends on what I eat.  I do measure religiously, though.  I eat between 3-4 ounces of protein and if I'm still hungry, I add a vegetable or fruit.

However, it depends on what I'm eating.  I can't eat 4 ounces of dense protein (chicken breast, pork chop, steak) in one sitting.  I have to split my meal in half and come back to it later - for my last "snack" of the day.

What does your doc's plan say?  I was eating about 1/2 cup at that point.

I also have 4oz per meal. I have 3 of protein and 1oz of veg or fruit. If I pu**** I get pain and start to get sick. My Dr. says I will go up to 6 oz later.

I was probably at 3 to 4 oz at 2 months. At 9 1/2 months I am full with 3/4 to 1 cup.
Again it depends on the food and how it is cooked.

I am 8 weeks out and am still at 1 to 3 oz per meal. I am a little behind and have had a lot of problems with food. My pouch has taken on its own identity and has constantly reminded me, it is not related to my stomach. No more spicy foods, nothing sweet, and it prefers soy and vegetable proteins to meats. My NUT said at 6 months to be around 4 to 6 oz and at one year to be at 1 to 1 1/2 cups volume. And that would be my "forever size".

At 8 weeks I was eating up to 2 oz a meal. Couldn't do more than that. But your plan may be different.
