Hungry
I'm out about 11 months now and am THINKING I'm hungry. I have to really stop and listen to my stomach. Am I really hungry - is there growling? when was the last time I ate? when did I have something to drink? I'm finding I'm not REALLY hungry - I'm just slipping back into old habits.
Are you sure you are in fact hungry? if so, try splitting your meals up so you eat 6 meals a day instead of 3 - just make sure they are 1/2 the size. It may help.
